Quality Product and Customer Service is Excellent!

We have enjoyed our gas firepit from Outland Living for many years, and now after getting our replacement Mega Rock Set, we'll have many more nights by the fire! Don't substitute with any other rock, it doesn't function or look as good as the original from Outland Living!

Hi Raul! Thank you so much for your review and feedback. We are currently phasing out the Medium and Large sizing of the lava rocks provided. The reason being is that these are all-natural lava rocks and it is important for there to be differing shapes and sizes. The other important aspect is the weight of the lava rocks which is what Outland Living will be focusing on moving forward. All Firebowls will come equipped with the correct weight of lava rocks for the unit as well as some spares. If the lava rocks provided do not fill your Firebowl like the image in the Owner's Manual please reach out to info@outlandliving.com to rectify the issue.
