Easy to use and reliable

Nice fire pit works well but I was led to belive that it was made in CANADA but no CHINA. I always try to buy Canadian I don't mind paying a bit more for our own support. So DISAPPOINTED in that Regard Jack

Yes, Outland Living's head office is located in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. All of our products are made in China, however, they are made in our own factories. We do not hide this information as it is available on the 'Contact' section of our website. One thing that sets us apart from many manufacturers is our ability to completely control the design, engineering, material sourcing, and quality control of our products. In other words, Outland Living products are made by the Outland Living Team and aren't manufactured for us.

We have had our fire pit for almost 3 years now and we have loved it. We had a small issue when we purchased received it with a kink in the propane hose but I called up customer service and they sent us out a new one immediately. It is the perfect size for what we need whether it’s at home or taking it out camping when there is a fire ban And only propane fighters are allowed

I absolutely love this firepit!!

I looked long and hard to find a firepit that checked off all of the boxes, and this firepit does it. Firstly, I really wanted a natural gas model, and with the optional conversion kit, for an individual that is handy, the conversion isn't particularly difficult. No more lugging around heavy propane tanks or refilling a tank every weekend. Secondly, I wanted the ignition built into the unit, as this one has. Thirdly, unlike some competitor products where the opening setting is high (creating a 'ball of flame' on ignition), the Outland unit starts on low. At approximately 60,000 BTU (the same size as my house furnace), this little unit can generate a lot of heat, but it is equally as versatile on low, where it will keep away the chills as the evening cools. I also own a 120,000 BTU unit from another manufacturer, but I rarely use it. The Outland Premium fire pit is my go-to unit that I use on weekends throughout the summer. My only wish, was if they sold a natural gas ready unit, as opposed to purchasing the propane unit and then needing to purchase the conversion kit. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Excellent, long lasting, quality fire pit

We have had our Outland fire pit for 3 years now. We take it every time we go camping( which is a lot) and use it almost every morning and evening at home during the fall and winter. It gives off more than enough heat and is compact and easy to transport.

Amazing!

We've owned this for years and it's the best part of camping. There are so many fire restrictions now so a traditional camp fire doesn't always work. We had a 'quick connect' hose made for ours so it plugs into our RV, no need for an extra tank. It's awesome!!
